Estate Planning is for everyone — not just the wealthy or elderly. Proper planning anticipates a variety of circumstances. It doesn't have to be complex, but it does need to be personally tailored to every family. Purchase peace of mind for your loved ones and get a plan in place.
What happens to a person’s assets - or debts - when they pass away? The probate process can be overwhelming and lots of work. We can walk you through each step and shoulder the burden with you.
Do you have a loved one who needs help making care decisions or with their finances? Whether a minor, elderly, or disabled individual, Miracle Law can navigate the legal process and assist in getting the right person appointed.
Miracle Law can help you select the right corporate entity, draft the formation documents, contracts, leases, and provide general business advice. Equally important for small business owners is succession planning.
Probate litigation is not general civil litigation. Probate Court experience and knowledge of the Estates and Protected Individuals Code and the Michigan Trust Code is necessary to handle these matters.
Even if you've never worked with an attorney before, you probably have an idea of how they typically work. Law firms charge expensive hourly rates for their staff to schedule hearings, mail documents, or attend status conferences. Miracle law makes the process straightforward by offering unbundled services and fixed prices in addition to traditional representation. With unbundled services, you get to decide how you want representation at each step of the process and find the plan that works for you and your budget.
You'll know the price for the services you need up front. No hourly fees, no surprise bills.
Only pay for the services you cannot handle yourself. Miracle Law may draft a motion or attend a hearing.
After your complimentary initial consultation, we'll recommend the path that will work best for you and your needs.
Meaghan was amazing through the whole ordeal of my grandmothers contested trust. She put me at ease through a very stressful time, I never once doubted or questioned her or her guidance. Lawyers get a bad rap but she is truly one of the good ones. She works hard for her clients for a fair price and it felt like I had a friend guiding me and by my side this whole time, not a corporate money hungry lawyer."
I was having major surgery and needed to make sure that I had a will in place beforehand. Meaghan and I talked for quite some time on my wishes; I filled out some forms and she drafted a pretty straight forward will for me. She listened to my concerns about the timing and was able to have something in place prior to my surgery. I had questions and was able to ask them and she never made it seem like an inconvenience and definitely did not make me feel inferior in any way. I would use Meaghan's services again. To me her rates are reasonable and fair."
I was recently caught off guard with a motion against me from my daughter’s Father. Before I found Attorney Miracle, I called several firms and had multiple consultations with other attorneys who just seemed like they were out to take my money or give me a false sense of hope and tell me what they thought I wanted to hear instead of just being honest. I had a friend recommend Attorney Miracle and after our consultation, I knew immediately she was the one I wanted to represent my case and I don’t regret my decision. She was very open and honest with me from day 1 about everything. Attorney Miracle is very thorough with her work and I was very impressed. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to be my side throughout this whole ordeal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and compassionate. She put in a lot of time, hard work and energy towards my case and it really showed at our hearing. I couldn’t be happier with how well she represented our case. Attorney Miracle is truly one of the best Attorney’s around and won’t ever leave you disappointed.” August 27, 2019
I called Meaghan at a particularly sad time in my life. She helped me with handling of my Dad's estate when he passed. She was very informative and explained in great detail about the process and made a stressful time less stressful. Being that she is licensed in Michigan and Virginia law, she was a tremendous help to me being Dad lived in Michigan and I live in Virginia. I am very greatful for all of her help and guidance along this sad road in life we all must take at some point.” May 7, 2019
Meaghan is very skilled in her profession. Not only did she take time to educate me in what needed to be done and how things work but she showed compassion in a very difficult case. In a hard time and having to have a lawyer she is the one you would want. Honest and by the book. I don't usually leave reviews but with her I felt I should. If you see this, thank you Meaghan!”
Meaghan was very thorough in reviewing my business's contracts and was extremely fair in her pricing and turnaround time. She's reliable and prompt, and asks the appropriate questions to ensure my business is protected. I highly recommend working with her and will continue to use her expertise.”
