Here's what you can expect when working with Miracle Law on your estate plan. The full process typically takes about four weeks.

Step 1: Personalized Planning Session

  • Get acquainted
  • Identify and discuss your areas of concern
  • Design solutions to your concerns

Step 2: Review & Confirmation

Approximately 1 week before signing

  • You confirm choices and accuracy of information

Step 3: Signing Conference

  • We review your plan and all documents
  • We answer your questions
  • We review the contents of your binder
  • You sign your plan documents
  • We create a flash drive for you
  • We store your documents in a secure cloud

Note: Signing and trust funding can be accomplished in one meeting.

Step 4: Trust Funding

  • We review your trust funding
  • We deliver your binder, originals, and flash drive
  • We record deeds
  • We follow up with your financial advisor
  • We check on the status of your funding approximately 2 months after signing, as applicable

Step 5: Ongoing Document Review

Every 5 Years

  • We reach out every 5 years
  • We send updates if there are any changes or updates in the law
