Step 1: Personalized Planning Session
- Get acquainted
- Identify and discuss your areas of concern
- Design solutions to your concerns
Step 2: Review & Confirmation
Approximately 1 week before signing
- You confirm choices and accuracy of information
Step 3: Signing Conference
- We review your plan and all documents
- We answer your questions
- We review the contents of your binder
- You sign your plan documents
- We create a flash drive for you
- We store your documents in a secure cloud
Note: Signing and trust funding can be accomplished in one meeting.
Step 4: Trust Funding
- We review your trust funding
- We deliver your binder, originals, and flash drive
- We record deeds
- We follow up with your financial advisor
- We check on the status of your funding approximately 2 months after signing, as applicable
Step 5: Ongoing Document Review
Every 5 Years
- We reach out every 5 years
- We send updates if there are any changes or updates in the law
